Eliza is op card, while a growl card for 1 mana from festival still in rotation, the minions will have +3 attack for the rest of game. Imagine a ghoul 4/1 with charge, this is scary

you dont need the netural cards though ? it replaces your non warlock cards , so in rouge its just going to replace everything always , unless if you somehow got a warlock card from somewhere else.

I do not think this is so much about art style as the themes. Three sets in a row we have themes not related to Warcraft and being meme style content in general. Cowboys, toy store, beach - what the heck. Once a year it's fine, but now it's just MetaZoo.

I made a custom card on r/customhearthstone years ago called "Renounce Sharpness" that did similar. 2 mana - Convert all rogue cards and hero power to another classes, they cost 1 less.
